Randy took the helm of SJAC after over 12 years with the club. He is a lifelong athlete and a USATF-certified coach with numerous accomplishments, including a sub-4:05 mile, numerous podium finishes in running and triathlon events, multiple USATF Masters and All-American awards, and multiple appearances at the Boston Marathon. He founded the #pitcrew and The Track Workout, expanding the reach of SJAC. His vision includes expanding the club's active membership, increasing participation in races and club social events, and inspiring every member to be the best athlete they can be.
Vice President: Amy Fisher
Amy Fisher has been a member of SJAC since 2016. She is a former D2 college runner and has been a cross-country and track coach for over 20 years. Amy is a multiple Boston Marathon finisher. She is also an age-group podium finisher in Ironman Maryland. Amy's favorite races include the Jersey Genesis Triathlon, the Atlantic City Triathlon, the Boston Marathon, and the Rehobeth Half Marathon. She enjoys watching the Eagles, Phillies, and Flyers, traveling to watch her college daughter run, visiting her son, and running with friends.
Peter's recent credits include Eagleman 70.3 and Ironman 70.3 Long Island. He has been with SJAC since 2020 and coaches at the SJAC Track Workout.
Secretary: Tony Tamburello
Tony Tamburello joined SJAC in 2014 and is a registered Level 1 USATF coach. He is a 10-time marathoner and completed Ironman Lake Placid in 2018. He particularly enjoys the Broad Street Run, the Pitman Freedom 4-Miler, and the Autumn Lake Triathlon. He is prone to telling dad jokes during long runs with friends, which encourages some to pick up the pace...
Track & Field: Nicole Dyer
Nicole Dyer (nee Briggs) has been running in the South Jersey area since she was 13. After graduating from Haddon Heights High School in 2006 with personal bests in the 1600 (5:15) and 3200 (11:15), she ran for East Carolina University focusing on the 5k (17:16) and the 10k (38:25). In this new era of running as a mother of two, Nicole encourages everyone (especially women) to step out of their comfort zones to try something new. She believes a well-rounded training plan includes hard work, good music, and healthy trash-talking.
Brian Haynes is a USMS-certified coach and has been competing in triathlons since 2014, including Ironman Maryland in 2022. When not training or racing, Brian can usually be found either on the pool decks coaching for a local Masters swim program or working to support a variety of races located between NY and DC throughout the year. Brian also coaches at the SJAC Track Workout.
Tom has been an SJAC member since 2019. He participated in over 15 triathlons since 2017, including several 70.3 distance events. His primary discipline is running and he has completed 10 marathons, including several with Boston qualifying times.
Lauren is a former All-American gymnast and a Division I springboard diver who took up triathlon in 2012. Since then, she has raced numerous sprint and Olympic distances. She is also a 4-time 70.3 finisher, a 3-time Ironman finisher, and has qualified for USAT Age Group Nationals 5 times. She earned a top-10 finish in the open water swim at nationals in 2023. When not swimming, biking, or running, she’s watching sports, spending time with friends, or traveling the world with her husband.
