This is not a challenging trail run. It is a generally flat and fast, accurately measured 5k course used for mahy high school championships. One third on asphalt path: spikes are allowed but not recommended. Remainder on dirt trails and grass and includes the usual complement of roots, sticks, uneven surfaces, the occasional stray rock and (sometimes) mud.

Awards: Individual awards to top female and male finishers, age group awards to 14-under, 15-19, and ten year age groups after that.

Team participation is encouraged: no extra charge. Male and female team awards: Up to five members of a team, top three score, others can displace.
Alumni team awards if sufficient entries.
Special awards to winners for breaking course record: Briana Gess 16:57 (2013), Boo Vitez 14:57 (2009).

Course is located in the Camden County Parks system in Pennypacker Park (also known as Maria Barnaby Greenwald Park), located off Park Drive just west of Kings Highway. Use address of 785 Park Blvd., Cherry Hill, NJ 08002 for navigation purposes.

Registration is in picnic area adjacent to softball field, located nearby to start and finish. Race day registration available.
