In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Octpber 23, 2010 5K run being conducted for the support of Grace Church in Haddonfield (hereafter called Church) and for being permitted to receive the amenities and prizes which may be given or awarded to a participant, the undersigned hereby releases and holds harmless Church, its agents and employees and all persons organizing the run or in any way assisting in it from liability for personal injuries, including death, and property damage incurred or sustained by the undersigned while participating in the run, whether or not caused in any way by the negligence or gross negligence of Church, any of Church’s agents or employees, or of any person organizing the run or in any assisting in it, and whether occurring while the undersigned is engaged in the run, during preparation for it or in its aftermath or while the undersigned is going to or coming from it. |
